The E-Z-GO TXT 48: where reliability and innovation meet.

For over fifteen years the E-Z-GO TXT has been the workhorse of E-Z-GO's golfing and leisure vehicles.

It has proven itself as one of the most reliable and steadfast vehicle in its category and has become widely regarded as one of the best golf and leisure vehicles on the market.

In 2010, E-Z-GO announced the next generation of this classic vehicle. The E-Z-GO TXT 48 updates the proven TXT platform and incorporates some of the most innovative technology available.

The E-Z-GO TXT 48 now comes with a 48-volt DC drivetrain and exclusive TruCourse Technology system that allows operators an exceptional degree of freedom in tailoring the vehicle's performance to match the conditions.

The 48-volt DC drivetrain gives this vehicle a 10 percent greater energy efficiency over the previous 36-volt model.

Kevin P. Holleran, president of E-Z-GO, said that E-Z-GO is excited to be able to improve the already outstanding TXT golf-car platform with the introduction of the TXT 48.

The E-Z-GO TXT 48 also features an improved regenerative braking system, enhanced downhill speed control, longer battery life, a charger lockout system as well as the classic features that have become synonymous with the E-Z-GO TXT over the years.
